The hotel offers spacious and light rooms with lovely big bathrooms, cozy atmosphere, and a wonderful balcony. It had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, right next to the main square, offering a great value for a four-bedroom apartment. The dining options were good, although limited. The facilities provided a convenient and enjoyable experience.

The hotel was split, with our group in cold rooms on the 5th floor overlooking great sunsets. The rooms had good bathrooms and attractive furnishings, but the temperature difference was noticeable. The service was extremely nice and helpful, especially when one guest needed assistance with a boarding pass. The location was ideal, close to the main square and amenities, making us want to return. The dining experience was exceptional in cafe Charlette. Overall, a mix of comfort and service with a standout location but slight room temperature issues.
